Terms and Conditions

This activity is organized and managed by the Medical Health Promotion Association Limited (hereinafter referred to as “the Company”). Participants in this activity must agree to and comply with the following terms and conditions.

Eligibility
1. All participants must agree to become members of the Company and accept the rights and obligations under these terms and conditions.
2. Each participant is allowed to participate only once. Duplicate submissions will be deemed invalid.
3. Participants must meet the specified eligibility requirements. The Company reserves the right to request relevant proof. If false information is provided, participation will be canceled, and the Company reserves the right to recover any related losses.

Registration and Participation
4. Participants must complete the specified procedures (e.g., filling out questionnaires, providing required information) according to the activity guidelines. Failure to do so will be considered a forfeiture of participation.
5. Registration is on a first-come, first-served basis. Limited slots are available and will close once full.

Activity Changes
6. The Company reserves the right to modify, suspend, or cancel the activity and related arrangements without prior notice and assumes no liability for such actions.

Sponsored Product Responsibility
7. Sponsored products (if any) provided by activity sponsors are their sole responsibility. The Company only assists with arrangement matters and is not liable for the quality or issues related to the products.

Use of Data and Promotion
8. Photos, recordings, or videos taken during the activity may be used for documentation or promotional purposes by the Company and its partners. If you do not agree to this, please refrain from participating in the activity.

Disclaimer
9. Participants understand that the activity is voluntary in nature and assume all associated risks and responsibilities. The Company and its partners are not liable for any accidents, injuries, losses, or other issues arising during the activity or in transit to/from the venue.
10. Participants must ensure that their physical condition is suitable for the activity. The Company reserves the right to disqualify participants deemed unfit.

Accuracy of Information
11. Participants must ensure the accuracy of the information provided during registration. The Company is not responsible for any losses or inability to participate resulting from inaccurate information.

Compensation Liability
12. If a participant’s actions, negligence, or intentional misconduct result in additional costs for the Company or its partners, the participant is required to compensate for such losses.

Final Decision
13. In the event of any disputes, the Company reserves the right of final interpretation and decision.

Privacy Policy Statement
We prioritize the protection of your personal data. The data may only be used by the Company or its partners for contact purposes, promotional offers, activity notifications, or market research. If you wish to modify or delete your data, please contact our staff. Note: Doing so may affect your eligibility to participate in the activity or receive related services.
